Sleeping is the best healing method. Sleep time vary a lot among people of different ages, however, a sleep of at least 7-8 hours is considered as the best as it releases body stress and build immunity. If you are not sleeping enough, you will not only start feeling tired but lesser sleep will also impair your brain activity and directly impact on your immunity. Also, if you are already taking some kind of medicines and not sleep then it can adversely affect you immune system.
- Take Fluids
Keeping yourself hydrated is one of the very important things to stay healthy. Doctors recommend drinking up to 8-10 glasses of water every day because hydration helps flushing out the toxins from the body and indirectly helps improve immunity. Not only water but you should also include other fluids in your diet such as juices made of lemon, orange or other citrus fruits. You can also take coconut water and milk.
